Fireworks make people happy and its our goal to make you happy that you chose us, a locally owned and operated company, for your show.
As you can see by the 'Who We Are' section, we are firmly rooted in West Virginia and Kentucky. We love this area and are dedicated to serving the people who live here.
My love for fireworks started in early childhood. My uncle, who was a truck driver, brought back a grocery bag full of fireworks nearly every time he went through Scott Town, Ohio. When I visited him he put off some of them in his driveway for me and when it was time to leave he always gave me some to take home. Thats all it took to start my addiction. Not long after this began My parrents took me to see a professional show in Milton for the 4th of July. Dispite my stiff neck the day after, I loved everything about the show. I decided then that I wanted to be professional pyrotechnician. When West Virginia finally legalized consumer fireworks I began spending what little money I had at the many fireworks tents that poped up around the area and the drug stores and grocery stores that sold fireworks. I used the fireworks to put on the biggest shows that I could for the 4th of July. My audiences were made up of family and neighbors. When I was 16 I finally met a group of professional pyrotechnicians who were doing the show for the Cabell County Fair. I was still too young to be involved in that kind of shows but my chance came 2 years later when I finally got to assist with a show at the same location. This really got the ball rolling on my career in pyrotechnics and led to my involvment in other shows. At about the same time I began experimenting with making some of my own fireworks. When I turned 21 I took a shooter's class in Buffalo, WV and got my West Virginia display operators license. In 2008 my lifelong dream of owning a fireworks company came true. I got my federal license and bought the equipment that had been used by the company that I had been shooting with when they decided to get out of the business.

The Crew
Our crew of pyrotechnicians is made up of people from eastern Kentucky and western West Virginia. They come from a variety of backgrounds and each one brings his own set of special skills and knowledge to the company. Most of us, myself included, also serve our communities as volunteer firefighters. The combination of all these skills, knowledge, and experience creates a crew able to work together to create the safest and most spectacular displays immaginable.
